The Little Things

These are pictures from my life this last week. Several were taken by my daughter Faith (age 3) who frequently hijacks my phone.

This morning I was feeling small and insignificant.  I found this tiny maple leaf on the floor by my chair after my quiet time.  God whispered to me that He cares about little things.

As I look at my week it’s full of little things: playground time, date night, lunch with a friend, a 5-minute hot air balloon ride, reindeer moss and camp fires with hot chocolate. It’s the little things into which I must continue to invite God. He is already there. I just have to open my eyes to see Him.

  1. I did photos for my challenge too–and it was amazing how much it took me out of my comfort zone. You’re right, God does care about the little things, and taking photos of my week helped me to open my eyes and see him. Your family is beautiful!
